I recently read an article in Architectural Digest where the author made a derogatory remark about digital art being about "just pushing a button in photoshop"! Well, some times this is true, but does it make it less of a piece of art? Oh well, I went to art school and I know that art critics can be rather snobby and superior! But for me, I think all art is relevant, as I clearly stated in my bio on the home page. This piece was a happy accident in photoshop, and try as I might, I haven't been able to reproduce the effect since! I love the colors and the way they work in the composition. In my opinion, it just works! And for the record, I did push more than one button in photoshop to achieve this colorful image!
